My schedule has changed drastically over the past few weeks. I am still adjusting to it. I never knew getting back into the swing of working was going to be so hard. I am definitely trying to figure it out. One thing that has definitely been affected is my workout schedule and my eating habits. I have been struggling with my eating habits even before now but I am doing so even more now.
So now I am trying to figure out how to get back on track. I definitely want to continue losing weight. I’ve come up with some things that may help me and my tips are going to help you as well:
- Workout whenever you have time. So whether it’s 5 minutes of sit ups or an hour of a workout video every moment you have to get in a workout matters.
- Drink more water. I have actually started drinking way more water. It helps me to stay full when I am not eating.
- Carry healthy snacks with you. I am not so good at this but I am working on it.
- Meal plan. I have been working on planning healthy meals for my family and I . I am realizing that with both The Husband and I working it is easy to fall into a routine of eating fast food and not so healthy meals. So I am working on establishing a routine where I can cook before I go to work since my schedule starts in the middle of the day.
