Sometimes I Just Surprise Myself
A few days ago I surprised myself by doing a tougher workout on my treadmill than I normally do. See I was scared to do workouts higher than two because I just didn’t feel I could do them. In my mind anything above two was just too hard. So for months now I have just been walking and doing walk-run workouts. Respect Goes Both Ways
As parents the one thing we always drill in our children’s heads is that they should respect not only us but their elders. We teach them this through many different ways. I was taught the same thing as a child that I have to respect my elders. So of course we want our children to learn the same thing.
