Chaistain Park Arts Festival
With it being Autumn it is the perfect weather to get out doors and enjoy some outside activities. Fitness Update: Incorporationg Healthy Eating On A Budget
I'm a bit late on my fitness update. I think I did okay last week. I noticed that on days when I didn't exercise is when my calorie intake struggled. I need to work on staying within my limits. My weakness is my late night snacks. What I need to do is stop them or not have any at all if I'm not within my calories or haven't exercised at all. I'm hoping to do better.
