Today was an okay day. I started my day off with putting away laundry that was done two days ago. I had let it sit in mine and the husband’s room until I felt like putting it up. Today wasn’t a workout day. I try to workout at least three days out of the week. Those days are usually Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday I pretty much just leave open. Fitness And My Mental Health
I am a person who is constantly thinking about so many things. Sometimes it can drive me a little crazy and just really stress me out.
