I am notorious for letting things slide. I can be in a room with someone who is has mistreated me and I will just let that big elephant walk around. Just a few weeks ago I made to one year at my job. I was really excited about it. I thought about it all day and smiled to myself. It was one of my biggest accomplishments. I haven't worked in years.
