I Hit 100 Treadmill Workouts
About week ago I hit a major milestone on my treadmill. I hit 100 workouts. It feels so amazing to know that I hit 100. That has been my goal. It has been hard work to get there. I have had my treadmill for a few weeks now. I have done a few walking challenges. I have completed them and I am so proud of myself. I have been pretty consistent with it. Treadmill Workouts & Calorie Counting
Another thing I have been doing during my break is working out. So for right now, I am being consistent in working out. I was off for a while. I have learned to just embrace when I am being consistent and not beat myself up when I'm not.
