I have been consistently calorie county for about a year now. I was looking for away to control my appetite because I was eating a lot of food most days. If I thought about food I would go and get it. Then some days I wouldn't eat much at all. Plus I really didn't really think about what I was eating. I just ate what I want. Night Ride W/ Dope Pedalers and More Weekend Fun
This weekend was a full one we did four separate rides in two days. I must admit I am pretty proud of The Husband and I because we got some great exercise and really earned some good miles. I Hit 100 Treadmill Workouts
About week ago I hit a major milestone on my treadmill. I hit 100 workouts. It feels so amazing to know that I hit 100. That has been my goal. It has been hard work to get there.
