I have been working out for well over a year now. I must say I’m proud of myself I have been pretty consistent. I have been working out and eating healthier than I was before. I don’t drink much soda or even eat much candy. I do admit that I still have moments where I do tend to over indulge but those times are fall and in between. I have been consistently calorie county for about a year now. I was looking for away to control my appetite because I was eating a lot of food most days. If I thought about food I would go and get it. Then some days I wouldn't eat much at all. Plus I really didn't really think about what I was eating. I just ate what I want. Mardi Gras Parade & A Bike Ride
This weekend I was finally able to get a bike ride. The weather was FINALLY warm enough . I haven’t had a chance to ride since New Year’s Day. Ever since then it has been so cold. Unfortunately I don’t have any winter gear to ride the whole winter yet. But hopefully next year will be different. I Finished Reading My First Book of 2022
I am so excited I just finished reading my first book of 2022. The name of the book I just finished reading was Becoming by Michelle Obama. I am trying to expand my reading to include more nonfiction. I am not really a fan of nonfiction. But I am want to be. This is like my third time reading a nonfiction book that wasn't poetry.
