I recently fell back in love with skating. I took a skating class with a friend a few weeks ago and realized how much I enjoyed it. I used to skate as a kid. I wasn’t doing tricks or anything but I knew how balance and not kill myself. My first pair of skates was an old pair of skates my cousin gave me when she got her rollerblades. End of School Year & More
This week marked the end of the school year for the kids in my area. Now we are getting ready for summer. My kids have been done with school for about two weeks now. Being that it was the end of the school year. This week at work has been kind of busy. No homework meant we had to find creative ways to keep the kids busy. Putting The Phone Away
Most times when I go out I try to catch every moment of the outing with pictures because I want to remember what I am doing. I don't really think how trying to catch the moment perfectly can affect the outing. Skating, Breakfast With My Son, and Anniversaries
This weekend The Husband and I went to visit our son at his college. He invited us to breakfast. I’m starting to learn that sometimes when he does this he needs some comfort from us. He had gotten some news he wasn’t thrilled about and talking to us in person helps. Plus we just got to hang out. I enjoy this phase of parenting.
