The past month has been really good to me. I am still getting adjusted to the new job. I think I’m doing really well so far. I’m finding my place and figuring out my style of doing things. I’m growing more confident by the day. It feels good to be figuring things out. I’m slowly figuring out my diet with my new work schedule as well. Emotionally Eating and Micromanaging
I haven’t been eating the best this week. I didn’t go over my calories but that doesn’t change the fact that I haven’t been eating well. I stepped on the scale and realized that I have gained 4 pounds. My goal is to get under 160. Unless I make some changes I’m going to be over 170 pounds.
